Salted Capers - 70g jars 

Our small capers (up to 7mm in size) are preserved and packed in Murray River Sunsalt .

We recommend soaking in water for about 20mins before use.

Caperberries - 120g jar

Preserved in brine then finished in a white wine vinegar pickle.

Caperberries are a great addition to an antipasto platter, diced in salads, served as a pre-dinner nibble or a funky addition to your martini.

Caper Salt

The preserving salt from the capers infused with caper bud oils, we also add crushed sun dried capers to the mix. We like to use caper salt on most things but it work particularly well with potatoes, or as a meat rub.
