Small salted Capers - 80g jars

We recommend soaking in water for about 20mins before use.

Caperberries - 150g 

Preserved in brine then finished in a white wine pickle. 

They're a fabulous addition to any antipasto platter or just as a pre-dinner nibble. Some of our customers also like to add them to their martini's!

Caper Salt  100g Stand up Pouch

The preserving salt from the buds infused with bud oils. We also add crushed sundried buds to the mix - the flavour is amazing!

We like to sprinkle caper salt on most things but its particularly good with your mashed potates or used as a rub for meats.
